12 oz. Shrimp Ceviche: St. Brendan's version of the Peruvian classic -- citrus-cilantro cured shrimp with avacado, cucumber, and tomato. Served with crisp plantain chips.
24 oz. Smoked Salmon Layered Dip: An impressive salmon terrine -- Layers of smoked and poached wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, red onion, horseradish beet relish, capers and radish with a dill, goat and cream cheese spread. Served with pumpernickel crisps.
All orders must be placed by 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, for pick-up on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at the Logan Street Market.
