Tide Point Oysters - Willapa Bay, Washington. The Tide Point Oyster is 2 - 2.5", has a medium brine, and a clean, slightly sweet finish.


Eagle Rock Oysters - Totten Inlet, Washington (southern Puget Sound). These oysters are intertidally grown, and generally taste mildly salty, with the meats tending to have a lot of fat (glycogen) on them, making them plump and sweet.
